What is ReadIT OCR?
ReadIT OCR is an application that allows you to configure the range and methods of reading data from various types of structured documents, including invoices, accounting notes, interest notes, receipts, cash reports or correction invoices.
The read data can be verified (validated) using validation rules or a reference to external systems and files, among others.
The system has the ability to load data from tables with a complex row structure (multiple rows, polylines between pages, subtotals between lines.
Document’s data is read with an advanced mechanism that uses full-text content interpretation and adaptive layouts based on user-created template.
Documents can be uploaded via e-mail, hot folders and Rest API. Read and validated data can be exported, e.g. as an XML, TXT file or returned as a result via the Rest API method.
